How to choose a made-to-measure shower enclosure
Sliding, hinged or walk-in? Clear or frosted glass? Our advice for a shower that is both beautiful and practical.

1. Start from the available space
The shape of your bathroom drives the choice. In an alcove, a sliding or hinged front is enough. In a corner, go for a two-door sliding corner enclosure or a pivot door with a fixed return. If you have room, a walk-in screen gives the cleanest look.
2. Sliding or hinged?
- Sliding: ideal when space in front of the shower is limited — the door never swings into the room.
- Hinged: wider opening, easier cleaning and a very high-end look with stainless hinges.
3. Choosing the glass
We use 8 mm tempered safety glass for almost all our enclosures. Clear glass visually enlarges the room, frosted glass preserves privacy, and decors (bands, branches, geometric patterns) make it personal. An anti-limescale treatment reduces water marks.
4. Profile finish
Matt black is very popular today, but brushed stainless remains timeless and gold adds a hotel touch.
5. Have a professional take the measurements
Walls and floors are never perfectly straight: precise measurements are essential for a watertight enclosure. Our technicians come on site to measure and advise you.
